We have three rooms and  can now sleep 10 people comfortably on site with cots available for an extra guest or two. We are pet friendly. There is a $15.00 a night charge.

Martha Lee's room has a queen size canopy bed as well as a trundle bed. It sleeps 4, and has a separate kitchenette with mini refrigerator and microwave, cable TV and a private bath. There is a large balcony where you can sit and relax. $115.00 Weekends, $89.00 Weekdays Dbl. Occ.

The Colonel's room has a double bed, kitchenette, cable TV, private bath and balcony area. $99.00 Weekends $79.00 Weekdays Dbl. Occ.

Maxfield Parrish Suite, (which also includes The Colonel's room as a two bedroom suite) has a king size canopy bed, private bath, kitchenette and balcony area. $155.00 Weekends $125.00 weekdays for up to four people.

Cancelation Policy: Our cancellation policy is 4 days in advance. If you cancel after that time you are responsible for the time you made the reservation for. If we are able to rent it out for the same period then you are no longer responsible.

This beautiful custom designed cottage is surrounded with lush gardens in the safe and peaceful Abbott Tract neighborhood. We are conveniently located just north of the city gates and all the excitement of downtown St Augustine Fl. The cottage itself sleeps 6 but, with the adjacent Ancient City Inn, we can accommodate 14 guests on property. The Master bedroom in the cottage has a queen size bed and bunk beds. The great room has a fold out sofa. The fully equipped kitchen will delight even a gourmet chef. The bath has a whirlpool tub with shower.  Trace the history back in time and know that you are walking and sleeping on sacred ground of the Timucuan Indians. A great place to rest and replenish mind, body and spirit.
