We have three rooms available and we can sleep 7 people comfortably now with cots available for an extra guest or two and a private cottage is expected to be completed early in spring 2010.

Martha Lees room has a queen size canopy bed as well as a single bed. It also has a separate kitchenette with mini refrigerator and microwave, Cable TV and a private bath. There is a large balcony to sit and relax on. $115.00 Weekends $89.00 Weekdays Dbl. Occ.

The Colonels room has a double bed, Kitchenette, Cable TV, private bath and balcony area.

$89.00 Weekends $79.00 Weekdays Dbl. Occ.

Maxfield Parrish Suite, (which also includes The Colonels room as a two bedroom suite) has a

king size canopy bed, private bath, kitchenette and balcony area. $155.00 Weekends $125.00 weekdays

for up to four people.

There is a $10.00 charge for each extra person per night.
